The field of electronic communications, in particular 5G, is closely linked
to the present day diffusion of digital services. We assist companies
operating in the telephony, broadcasting and Internet sectors, providing
support both in the judicial area, before the civil and administrative
courts, the Italian Communications Authority and the
competent Corecom, and in the extra-judicial area, for example in the drafting
of commercial contracts.
We are trusted advisors of two major telephone companies. This give us
the opportunity to know the current legislation well, in its continuous and
rapid evolution, helping us in understanding what future developments of the
relationship between telephone companies and users may be, be the user a consumer or a company.
Our
experience in the television sector has instead focused on satellite platforms
where the Firm has also dealt with legal regulatory aspects.
