Consumer Protection:

We deal with all consumer issues, interacting with both companies and trade associations. We have a deep knowledge of consumer protection legislation which includes assistance in proceedings before the competent authorities (e.g. the Italian Competition Authority, the Communications Authority, the Italian Civil Aviation Authority (ENAC)) with respect to unfair commercial practices, misleading advertising and more generally, complaints, as well as litigation before Corecom and the civil courts.

We also provide ongoing preventive advice, such as the screening of company behaviour and the review of contracts and service charters. We can also provide tailor-made training for the specific needs of clients.
